SALAMI COURSE DATES 2018

Join Kenneth Neff at Woolumbi Farm for a hands on workshop, learning the fine

art of salumi making. Kenneth has trained with master charcutiers, both locally 

and overseas, honing his skills as an artisan salumi producer. Using Woolumbi

Farm, free range, ethically farmed pork and the knowledge of a master charcutier 

produces a superior course that is not to be missed.

CIDER MAKING COURSE DATES 2018

Come and learn the art of making your own farmhouse funk cider. This is a 

hands on workshop, where you will learn everything in order to make your

own cider at home. 

Course includes: notes, Woolumbi Farm Produce Lunch & 20 Litres of cider

pressed on the day.

SAUSAGE MAKING COURSES 2018

 Let us teach you the skill of making artisan snags, using our free range,

ethically farmed pork with concoctions of herbs & spices. No preservatives

or pre-mixes used in these gourmet delights.

of snags made on the day to take home.
