Why do you vacuum seal the meat?

In order to maintain quality and freshness, our meat is vacuum sealed using cryovac. It's worth noting, that due to the anerobic environment created when using vacuum sealing, the meat can develop a confinement odour noticed on opening, however this is easily overcome by airing the meat after opening.

What are your opening hours?

Woolumbi Farm Gate produce store is open:

 

 

Thursday 10am - 3pm

Friday 10am - 3pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday 10am - 3pm

Can the meat I purchase be frozen?

Sure can.

Do you deliver?

Not at the moment. However we hope to offer home delivery in the future. For now it's pick up from our farm gate store.
